Ingredients:
  • • 2 oz Carreta De Oro Reposado tequila
  • • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • • 0.5 oz orange liqueur (such as Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • • Fresh cranberries and orange zest, for garnish
Directions:
  • • In a shaker, combine tequila, cranberry juice, orange liqueur, and lime juice.
  • • Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.
  • • Garnish with fresh cranberries and a twist of orange zest.

Tropical Tequila Sunset

Ingredients:
  • • 2 oz Carreta De Oro Blanco tequila
  • • 1 oz mango juice
  • • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • • Splash of grenadine
  • • Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Directions:
  • • In a glass filled with ice, pour in the tequila, mango juice, and pineapple juice.
  • • Add a splash of grenadine without stirring to create a layered sunset effect.
  • • Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Carreta Margarita

Ingredients (Single Serving):
  • • 1 ½ oz Carreta de Oro Blanco tequila
  • • 1 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Marnier, or Triple Sec)
  • • ¾ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • • Optional sweetener: agave nectar, to taste
  • • Lime wedge (for garnish) - no salt needed
  • • Ice
Directions:
  • • Add tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
  • • Add sweetener to taste, if desired.
  • • Shake well until chilled.
  • • Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
  • • Garnish with a lime wedge.

Carreta Margaritas

Ingredients (Pitcher - 16 Servings):
  • • 3 cups Carreta de Oro Blanco tequila
  • • 2 cups orange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Marnier, or Triple Sec)
  • • 1 1⁄2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
  • • Optional sweetener: agave nectar, to taste
  • • Lime wedges (for garnish) - no salt needed
  • • Ice
Directions:
  • • In a large pitcher, combine tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice.
  • • Add sweetener to taste, if desired, and stir well.
  • • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • • Serve over ice and garnish with lime wedges.

Carreta Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
  • • 3 oz Carreta de Oro Añejo tequila
  • • 1⁄4 oz agave nectar
  • • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • • Orange peel
  • • Brandied cherry (for garnish)
  • • Ice
Directions:
  • • In a mixing glass, lightly muddle the agave nectar, bitters, and orange peel.
  • • Add the tequila.
  • • Fill the glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  • • Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice.
  • • Garnish with a brandied cherry.

Carreta Paloma

Ingredients:
  • • 2 oz Carreta de Oro Reposado tequila
  • • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • • 2 oz sparkling water
  • • 1⁄2 oz fresh lime juice
  • • 1⁄4 oz agave nectar
  • • Coarse sea salt (for rimming the glass)
  • • Grapefruit wedge (for garnish)
  • • Ice
Directions:
  • • Rim the glass with coarse sea salt.
  • • In the glass, combine tequila, grapefruit juice, sparkling water, lime juice, and agave nectar.
  • • Fill the remainder of the glass with ice.
  • • Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  • • Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Carreta Mojito


Mojito
Ingredients:
  • • 2 oz Carreta de Oro Reposado tequila
  • • 1 1⁄2 oz fresh lime juice
  • • 1 oz agave nectar
  • • 4 oz soda water
  • • 6–8 fresh mint leaves, muddled
  • • Lime wedge (for garnish)
  • • Ice
Directions:
  • • Add lime juice, agave nectar, and mint leaves to a tall glass. Muddle the mint leaves gently to release their flavor.
  • • Fill a shaker 3⁄4 full with ice.
  • • Add the tequila and soda water to the shaker.
  • • Stir gently to blend the ingredients. Taste and adjust as needed.*
  • • Shake lightly, then pour into a glass over fresh ice.

Carreta Ranch Water

Ingredients:
  • • 1 1⁄2 oz Carreta de Oro Reposado tequila
  • • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • • 2 oz Topo Chico
  • • Ice
Directions:
  • • Mix the tequila and lime juice.
  • • Fill a glass with ice.
  • • Pour the mixture over the ice.
  • • Top with Topo Chico.
  • • Garnish with a lime wedge.

*Add more lime juice for tartness, agave nectar for sweetness, or soda water for a lighter, more bubbly drink.
