AGAVE: Agave Tequilana Weber variedad Azul
CULTIVATION: Exclusively cooperative-farmed agave grown in the mineral-rich red soils of Juanacatlán, Jalisco
HARVESTING: Blue Weber agaves are hand-selected and tested for maturity and high sugar content, with an approximate age of 6 or more years
WATER SOURCE: Deep well water sourced from a highly mineralized aquifer over 450 feet deep
