Ingredients:
- • ½ oz grenadine
- • 1 oz cream of coconut

- • 1 oz lime juice
- • ½ oz blue curaçao
- • In a shaker, combine the cream of coconut, tequila, triple sec and lime juice with ice. Shake well.
- • Rim the glass with blue sugar.
- • Pour the grenadine into the bottom of a margarita glass. And fill the glass with crushed ice.
- • Slowly pour the mixture on top of the grenadine layer.
- • Gently float the blue curaçao on top of the white layer.

Watermelon Margarita Popsicles
Ingredients (8-10 popsicles):
- • 5 cups cubed seedless watermelon, about 1/2 of a large watermelon
- • ½ cup Carreta de Oro Blanco Tequila
- • ¼ cup lime juice, the juice of about 2 limes
- • ¼ cup agave nectar
- • 3 limes
- • 5 large mint leaves
- • 3 ounce cups and popsicle sticks
- • Once you blend all ingredients together, pour the mixture into 3 oz paper cups and place a popsicle stick with a lime on top.
- • Let the popsicles freeze overnight.
Pickle Margarita
Ingredients:
- • 1½ oz Carreta de Oro Reposado Tequila
- • 1 oz Grand Marnier
- • 1½ oz pickle juice
- • ¾ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- • Agave syrup, to taste
- • Dill pickle, pepper, lime wheel and Tajín for garnish
- • Add tequila, Grand Marnier, pickle juice, lime juice, and agave syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
- • Shake well until chilled.
- • Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
- • Garnish with a dill pickle, pepper, lime wheel and pinch of Tajín.
Basil Strawberry Margaritas (Batch)
Ingredients:
- • 10-12 strawberries
- • 6-8 basil leaves
- • ½ cup of agave, muddle all 3 ingredients together
- • 3 cups of Carreta de Oro Blanco Tequila
- • 2 cups of triple sec
- • 1 cup of lime juice
- • Twisted lime and/or strawberries, for garnish
- • Muddle 10–12 strawberries, 10 basil leaves, and ½ cup agave.
- • Add the mixture to a pitcher, then pour in 3 cups tequila, 2 cups triple sec, and 1 cup lime juice.
- • Stir the ingredients well, then add ice to the pitcher.

Ingredients:
- • 2 oz Carreta de Oro Blanco Tequila
- • ¾ oz orange liqueur
- • 1 ½ oz watermelon juice

- • ½ oz agave, optional

- • Jalapeño slices, for garnish
